• Marriages are arranged, so young women need to enhance their looks in order to attract the best husband as well as increase their chances of  multiple requests for marriage. This is equally important for the parents because if the daughter attract a wealthy man, their financial situation is greatly improved. So, the parents are strongly motivated to pay in cash and in full to find qualified plastic surgeons.
   

• Married Saudi woman need plastic surgery to maintain her husband's interest in her and to discourage him from marrying other women.
